As soon as your order has been assigned to a participating BRP dealership, you will receive an email confirming which BRP dealership will be in charge of shipping your order. Its contact information will be displayed on the parcel.You should receive a second email with a tracking number once the shipping label has been created.
Two delivery options are available at the "Delivery" step of the checkout process:
- Standard shipping
- In-store pickup
All orders are shipped using standard ground service (3-7 business days) and are provided by participating BRP dealerships.
If your country is not available as an option in the checkout process, we are not able to ship to your country. Currently, it is only possible to ship an order to postal addresses in the United States or Canada.
If you select the in-store pickup option, there is no shipping fee.
If you select the standard shipping option, there is a minimal fee of $6.99 and the shipping cost is determined as follow:
Tiered prices based on the total order price.
Accessories and parts:
Shipping fees are based on the weight of the products.
Maintenance products and oils:
Shipping fees are based on the total volume of the products.
Shipping cost may be higher if your shipping address is located in a remote area such as Alaska, American samoa, Puerto Rico, Hawai, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands (U.S). You will receive an email asking you whether you want to accept the additional surcharge to cover the higher shipping costs. Payment will not be processed without confirmation that you have accepted the surcharge. If you do not accept the additional surcharge, this email gives you the option to cancel your order.
Shipping to an APO/FPO address
When requesting orders to be shipped to an Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) address, your package will be sent via Space Available Mail (SAM). SAM will ship your package to the APO or FPO address via the next available boat at no additional charge.
