Online Order Fulfillment

Online orders are fulfilled and shipped by participating BRP dealerships that have the desired product(s) in inventory. How does it work?

  1. You place an order on one of the BRP online store.

  2. Your order is posted to the Kibo's Order Exchange platform for viewing by participating BRP dealerships.

  3. Participating BRP dealerships that have all products of your order in stock request to fulfill your order. 

  4. Your order is assign to the nearest dealership that requested to fulfill the order.
    Note: If you selected the in-store pickup option, your order is automatically assigned to your preferred BRP dealership.

  5. Using on-hand inventory, the selected participating BRP dealership prepare your order for in-store pickup or ship-to-home, depending on the selected shipping methods.

Note: In some cases, if no participating BRP dealership can fulfill your entire order, your order can be split between two participating BRP dealerships. 

 

What is the Kibo's Order Exchange platform?

BRP has partnered with Kibo, one of the world's leading providers of e-commerce solutions to branded manufacturers, to offer a superior online shopping experience. Kibo uses industry-standard GeoTrust security to ensure that manufacturers, retailers, and consumers can connect, communicate, and transact with total safety and confidence. Kibo is accredited with the Better Business Bureau and embraces its guiding principles.

 

The Kibo shopping service is designed to make it easy for you to find and purchase the special products you need. When you order and pay online, Kibo's intelligent system starts working to ensure rapid delivery. Kibo manages the entire order process and assigns your order to a participating BRP dealerships. Upon placing an order through one of BRP online stores, you will receive emails regarding order and shipment status from Kibo.

 

All orders must be placed online. In order to ensure security, BRP do not accept orders by telephone, postal mail, fax, or email. BRP reserves the right to refuse any sale at any time.

 

Product availability

We do our best to keep the stock status of all of our products updated on our online store. However, since online orders are fulfilled by participating BRP dealerships, it is possible that the desired size, color or product is not available. As soon as your order is processed, you will be alerted by email if one or more items are not available. These items will be cancelled. 

 

Methods of payment

BRP online stores only accept the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

 

Please provide your credit card billing address and telephone number if it is different from the shipping address. If the billing address does not match he one at the financial institution's records or if authorization is not given for any reason, BRP reserves the right to cancel the order without notification. BRP and Kibo cannot work out credit card problems with the financial institution; you must settle problems with the institution and reorder once the problem is resolved.

 

BRP and Kibo do not accept credit card numbers delivered by email, phone or mail. 

 

Sales tax

Taxes are not included in prices displayed on the BRP online stores. The appropriate taxes will be added to your order total upon payment.
